It's that time of year and here at the Radio Theater Channel we have good news for audio drama fan's a new schedule starting on Monday June 2nd . First RTC will expand our webcast to twelve hours daily. That means more quality Detective, Comedy, Mystery's & Drama's daily. Instead of eight hours with two repeat's the RTC program will have one twelve hour schedule with one repeat. The new program day begins at Midnight Eastern time and repeats at Noon Eastern time. This season see's the return to our schedule of "One Man's Family" and "Fibber McGee and Molly" two series that many of our listeners have requested.
So what's new? The Detective Hour for one, That's two 30 minute Detective programs scheduled back to back Monday through Friday.
And we welcome Dangerous Assignment to our weekday schedule featuring globetrotting Steve Mitchel assigned the toughest cases by his secret U.S. agency. And there is more SI-FI and Drama with "Theater five". This season brings back to our air an old favorite "The FBI" with stories based on files from the FBI. There's good news for game show fans too, as RTC welcomes back the one the only Groucho on "You Bet Your Life". Mystery fans take note "The Whistler" returns with it's plot twists and fantastic endings. Then we welcome "Romance" to the Theater Channel with it's stories of adventure and of course romance. All this plus "Gunsmoke" "Jack Benny" "X Minus One" "Our Miss Brooks" and all the rest.
